Join the conversation, led by researchers at the University of Leicester, as they explore how their mission to build digital confidence in the museums and heritage sector has evolved to focus on the human side of digital. They will share their story of how they and their museum partners responded when all our workplaces flipped to digital overnight during the global pandemic. The team will chat about some of the ways they helped museum practitioners to reflect upon 'being human' in a remote, digital-first environment - including the role played by 'Digital Courage Cards'.
