Struggling to get a good night’s rest? You’re not alone. Come along to a fun-packed weekend of activities with your family at The Manchester Museum where you can get practical advice from a range of sleep experts about how to improve your bedtime routines and sleep-quality. You can test out your sleep knowledge, learn about the history of sleep, design your ideal bedroom, and get top tips about how to improve your rest. Sleep historians from the University of Manchester will introduce you to a ‘golden age’ of sleep, whilst sleep nutritionists and staff from The Children’s Sleep Charity will help you design a brand new set of bedtime behaviours.
