Reimagining Same-Sex Histories

16 November, 2020, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

This is an online event.

Join Carl Stychin in conversation with Aleardo Zanghellini as they discuss gender, sexuality and the law. Zanghellini has published widely in this area, including topics such as same-sex desire and holding public office. He is also the author of the novel, ‘The Spellbinders’, an alternative historical epic which reimagines the relationship of Edward II, Piers Gaveston and Queen Isabella. At this event, fiction and theory will collide as we explore new worlds in which authority and desire might be reimagined.
