Mapping Migration Stories

23 November, 2019, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

This workshop invites families to use art and calligraphy to tell migration stories. Try your hand at writing and drawing using traditional tools and create communal artworks documenting journeys and revealing histories linked to migration. Inspired by the Discovery Museum’s ‘Destination Tyneside’ exhibition and facilitated by Dr Rola Naeb of Northumbria University.

In partnership with

Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums: Discovery Museum.
