It’s Not All Pol Pot!: Cambodian Arts in the 21st century

13 November, 2020, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

This is an online event.

Discover how contemporary Cambodian dance is being used by a young generation of artists to showcase new identities, expressions and experiences beyond the narrative of the Killing Fields. The event will include a pre-recorded dance performance and a Q&A with the artists involved and Dr Amanda Roger. This very special exploration of contemporary dance in Cambodia will bring together the Being Human festival and the Cambodian Living Arts cultural season. Suitable for ages 16+.

This event is part of the hub series organised by Swansea University.
