Ingenious Soil (Workshop)

17 November, 2018, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Come and explore the idea of ‘ingenious soil’ in this family-friendly workshop. We will be using the ancient Roman agricultural poem, Virgil’s Georgics, as a springboard to think about farming and poetry, to look at soil samples (including soil covered in gold…), and to make some soily artwork of our own.

There will be plenty of opportunity to get your hands dirty!
