Fixing It: Mend it with Mo

21 November, 2020, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

This is an online event.

Mo (Morlai Sumah) is passionate about resisting throw-away society and runs a regular Repair Café at The Telegraph Hill Centre.

In this workshop, you’ll have the chance to watch and learn from Mo as he fixes three different items, talking you through the process of repair, step by step.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get advice from Mo and other participants on how to repair the object you have brought along.

Please note: It is hoped that this event will take place in-person and socially distanced at the shop, however it is possible it will be moved online. Register below to be kept updated.

This event will also take place on 14 November between 14:00 and 16:00.

This event is part of ‘Fixing It: Repair as Resistance’ project organised by Goldsmiths, University of London.
