Dreaming in Renaissance Italy

21 November, 2019, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Discover the meaning of dreams in the Renaissance. Dr Erin Maglaque, Lecturer in Early Modern European History, will explore the meanings of dreams in the Renaissance: from dream literature, to daydreamers, to the importance of dreams in everyday life. Otis Mensah, Poet Laureate of Sheffield, will then perform a poem taking themes from Dr Maglaque’s research.
