Conversation Circle: Is Community Breaking or Mending?

18 November, 2020, 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm

This is an online event.

A discussion into how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted communities and part of a series of ‘Conversation Circles’ exploring ideas of brokenness and repair in society.

Lead by Raj Bhari, this discussion will ask questions about how and why the pandemic has brought some communities closer together and pushed others further apart, as well as what needs fixing and how we’re going to do it.

Raj has worked in conflict transformation and peacebuilding internationally and in the UK for over 20 years. He is experienced in mentoring and supporting communities operating in challenging and hostile environments internationally and in the UK. Raj teaches on the MA Applied Theatre at Goldsmiths.

This event is part of ‘Fixing It: Repair as Resistance’ project organised by Goldsmiths, University of London.
