Being Well and Wondrous

November 20, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Art and culture play an important role in navigating and understanding our health and well being. It has been found that making together, crafting and story writing can allow people to explore what makes us human and supports us to celebrate being well with HIV. So come along and try your hand at book binding, creative writing and designing your own book cover. You can drop-in for the morning, afternoon or both and there will be a vegan lunch provided to make sure both body and soul are nourished.

These workshops will promote creativity, celebrate all that is wonderful about us, our uniqueness and our interconnectedness. They will be co-led by Positively UK and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and supported by MIND.

‘Being Well and Wondrous’ is open to anybody who identifies as a woman or as non-binary. If this effects your ability to attend please contact the organiser. Creche facilities are available.

Sessions will run 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00, with a shared lunch 13:00-14:00. Come along to one or both sessions.
